Hoerner Heating & Plumbing Staff

Andrew Hoerner has lived in East York all his life. At a young age Andrew commenced working at his father's company. Andrew showed the pride and dedication with his work that has defined his career as a Master Plumber and Gas 2 Technician. Eventually inheriting the Hoerner business, Andrew strives to expand his client base as well as the Hoerner reputation aspiring for always excellent work. Outside of work Andrew's two great passions are spending time with his Teenage Triplets and cycling with the Riverdale riders biking club 5 times a week.

Tracey is a co-owner of Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. Her favourite part her job is speaking with all of the amazing clients and working with her awesome employees. She thrives to create the best customer experience possible and the most welcoming work environment for her employees.

She is a mother of triplets and a Shih-Poo named Panda. She enjoys long walks and bikes in the valley. When she has time, she loves going up north on weekends to experience the calm away from the city, and swim in the beautiful Ontario lakes.

Robyn works full-time at Hoerner as a Customer Representative.

She loves working with people and the amazing staff at Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. Robyn attended Humber College and Western University, and received a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a HBA in Psychology.

She has worked at a school as a part-time secretary for 7 years before joining Hoerner.

Robyn and her husband, Greg are proud parents of two boys who all all enjoy spending time boating, skiing and playing tennis.

Kim works full time at Hoerner, as a marketing analyst and customer representative. She loves working with people and the amazing staff at Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. Kim attended Ryerson University and received a degree in Applied Geography and a Marketing Certificate. She gained her knowledge and love of marketing working at an advertising agency for 12 years. Kim helps Tracey with many odd jobs as well as helping to grow their heating and plumbing company.

Kim met Tracey and Andrew Hoerner, through the Triplet Association. She also triplets - 2 boys and a girl all at university. Kim married her high school sweetheart and loves to travel with her parents and family to Florida. She also has a small dog, Minnie who is related to Panda.

Nicolas Escobedo is new to Hoerner. He attended Stanford internationally for his Gas Fitters 2 Licence and HVAC. He enjoys going out for walks around the city for coffee and good food and enjoys spending time with his daughter who is in high school.

Cole has completed construction techniques course at George Brown. Cole comes from a family with many generations in construction. He enjoys hockey, fishing and hanging out with friends.

Daniel comes to Hoerner from Ireland with experience in Boiler and Plumbing repairs, installs and various issues involving these systems.

Selena brings a wealth of qualifications and expertise to our company. She holds a Masters of Anthropology from Trent University, a BA Honours in Psychology and Anthropology from Athabasca University, and a Business Administration Diploma from CDI College.

With over 8 years of experience in office administration and customer service, Selena is an invaluable asset to our organization. Her experience in program planning and implementation further enhances our ability to deliver top-notch services to our valued customers.
