Due to Covid 19 we are following these PROCEDURES:

Step One- BOOK JOB- Provide Hoerner with the entire job description and which floor the problem is located on. Email pictures of the job, please. We would like all customers to provide credit cards upfront when booking the call to have contactless customer service.
Step Two- Provide a cell number for communication during the job.
Step Three- We can try if possible to- Whatsapp, facetime, and/or skype or send pictures and/or videos.
Step Four- Tech will provide Price Upfront by Text Message.
Verify credit card on file, if not already provided.
Step Five- Once approved, the technician will complete your job. All our techs are wearing protective gear while keeping a safe distance from our clients. Once complete, the technician will wipe down all touched items.
Step Six - Hoerner will email the final invoice and send pictures if required.
